When you hit a plateau, try doing what works best for you. Switch up your routine, practice old skills, or try something new. Sometimes, just skating without focusing on improvement helps clear your mind. It’s also important to take breaks when needed, especially if you’re injured.
The key to overcoming plateaus isn’t to fight them—it’s to ride them out. Focus on what makes you happy about skating, and remember that progress isn’t always a straight line!
